To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, store it separately in its box or pouch, avoid contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes, and clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. All moissanite and sterling silver pieces are water-resistant, but we recommend removing them when swimming in chlorinated or salty water.

If, for any reason, your jewelry isn’t what you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement according to your preference.
