We offer a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. Within this period, repairs or replacements are provided free of charge whenever eligible.

To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, store it separately in its box or pouch, avoid contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes, and clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. All moissanite and sterling silver pieces are water-resistant, but we recommend removing them when swimming in chlorinated or salty water.
